Why Equity Angels?
Equity Angels is an entrepreneur support organization dedicated to fostering fair access to innovation and opportunity. We aim to advance social and economic progress within the technology startup ecosystem through accelerator programs, executive placement, and resources for growth. Our passion lies in helping entrepreneurs and organizations build financially sustainable futures—where everyone can soar together.
What is the Equity Angels 2025 Catalyst Program?
This is a "Fundraise-Ready" program designed for early-stage technology startups focused on real estate and finance solutions. We will select up to five startups for a six-month program to be held from March to September 2025. Our team of seasoned advisors and industry experts will help improve each founder’s chances of fundraising success by refining their business plans and sharpening their pitches.

For 3-8% equity, our six-month program delivers:
• Soft capital through advisory services.
• Access to Equity Angels’ advisors for an additional six months, post-graduation.
• Education and guidance from subject matter experts specializing in successfully financing, building, scaling, and exiting proptech and fintech startups.
• Curated pitch meetings and relationship-building events (virtual and in-person) with sector-focused investors, potential customers, strategic partners, and members of the press.
During the final month of the Catalyst Program, each startup will have an opportunity to pitch their business plans at Demo Day and at special private events hosted during Blueprint Vegas, the industry’s largest gathering for founders and funders in the built world.

Application Requirements
We will only consider applications from startups with at least one minimum viable product (MVP) and and that have raised no more than an initial friends and family round.
If you are submitting for a company with more than one founder, please complete only one form for your entire team. There will be a section in the application to enter additional founder details.
At least one founder from each startup must be a US citizen or permanent resident of the United States. The company must also be registered as a US entity. If accepted into this program, additional documents will be required to show proof of registered entity.
Notification of Acceptance
During the review process, we may call or email you with questions or requests for clarification. Startups will receive notification regarding their acceptance by email no later than March 15, 2025. At this time, each applicant will have one week to go through a mandatory background check and complete their acceptance agreement.
Hybrid Program Schedule
The program will begin on March 25, 2025 and continue through September 20, 2025. All program participants will be required to attend weekly virtual sessions lasting 1-2 hours per session and will be offered an optional weekly office hour session. There will be 2-3 required in-person events throughout the six-month program, which may include traveling to Miami (May), Los Angeles (July), and Las Vegas (September).
Cost of the Program
Applying for the program is free. All accepted participants will be responsible for paying for their own airfare, hotel, transportation, and incidentals for the in-person events. We will do our best to accommodate registration fees for each live event and offer discounted/complimentary conference passes whenever feasible.
